Responsibilities

  • Working on the Helpdesk dealing with 1st/2nd/3rd line issues
  • Remote manage IT infrastructure of customers on clouds including, but it is not limited to, monitor, configure, backup for large scale of servers
  • Conducting routine maintenance tasks for existing systems
  • Communicate with UK team to hand over the works and resolved issues to ensure the system operating 99,999%

Job Requirements

Key Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a commercial IT support role
  • 1st/2nd support experience in a 50+ user environment

Technical Experience

Required

  • Windows Server
  • Microsoft WSUS
  • Solarwinds Network Monitor
  • Zabbix

Desirable

  • Exchange 2013
  • VMware Esxi 6
  • Microsoft SCCM
  • Alienvault
  • Citrix Xendesktop

Qualifications

  • Minimum level of Microsoft Certified Professional
  • Other industry certifications advantageous
