We are seeking for senior recruiter to help strengthen our recruitment team for our business growth plan. The candidate will take lead of recruitment team with the following responsibilities:
• Work with hiring manager and business development director to identify the hiring needs
• Manage full recruitment process starting from planning, identification, interview preparation and closing.
• Generate and maintain candidates databases from various sources to fill any hiring demand shortly.
• Search, review resumes, phone screen, arrange interview and do reference checks
• Proactive contact and build good relationship with highly sought candidates
• Promote company brand to attract the candidates through social network, job seeking portal and other channels to meet hiring demand
• Take action to improve recruitment quality to meet short and long term resources needs.
• 3++ years of hiring experience as an internal and/or external recruiter, preferably IT hiring experience.
• At least Bachelor's Degree, related field.
• Have good knowledge of IT labor market and wide network of IT professionals
• Possess self-confidence and high ambition to achieve the target
• Ability to independently work to source candidates and deliver result as per promise.
• High energy, enthusiasm and ambition in recruitment
• Dedicated, high responsibility, good attitude, effective communication
• Good English skills, can work under high pressure.
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 6:00PM from Monday to Friday
