The Job

We are looking for a calm, mature, and hardworking IT help-desk to join our team. The potential candidate will be the one to be in charge all the occurrences regarding IT tasks.

Responsibility: 
  • Supervise, track and evaluate IT systems (network, cable, devices)
  • Support other department to resolve the issue regarding IT services
  • Working on the Helpdesk dealing with 1st/2nd/3rd line issues
  • Remote manage IT infrastructure of customers on clouds including, but it is not limited to, monitor, configure, backup for large scale of servers
  • Conducting routine maintenance tasks for existing systems
Desired Skill and experience: 
  • At least 05 years working at Manager level in Software Company
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a commercial IT support role
  • 1st/2nd support experience in a 50+ user environment
  • Windows Server
  • Microsoft WSUS
  • Solarwinds Network Monitor
  • Zabbix
Plus to have: 
  • Exchange 2013
  • VMware Esxi 6
  • Microsoft SCCM
  • Alienvault
  • Citrix Xendesktop
