Toan Nguyen

CEO

Toan Nguyen is the President of TP&P and is a key member of the company's Executive board. Toan has over 16 years’ experience and broad knowledge of the Information Technology industry, spanning running and delivering software, manufacturing security solutions, and IT managed services business for leading technology players including Nortel, SingTel, Ruckus Wireless, Absolute.

Toan has also been an overall leader in the development and implementation of the corporate strategy.

With seasoned knowledge and experience from various technical and management positions at world-leading technology companies, Toan plays the key roles in leading continued development of corporate strategy, strategic customer relationship, building flexibility in response, ensuring high standard and quality delivery in an increasingly demanding market place.

Toan was previously a co-founder of S3 Corp., one of Vietnam’s Leading IT companies. During his 7 year career at S3 Corp., he oversaw over 250 employees working offshore, onshore and also led the company’s strategy, global business development, and services delivery for key customer accounts. He succeeded in leading S3 Corp. to be among the top 10 ITO enterprises in Vietnam, doubling its revenue to 4M USD in 2 years.

Prior to joining S3 Corp., Toan help responsibility for various leadership positions in Canada to deliver testing and automation test development for Nortel Network and Blade Network Technology which was acquired by IBM. He also spent several years working in the US and Canada leading the team to provide network solutions and testing for AT&T and KDDI customers.

Robert Nayler

TPP UK - CEO

Robert holds the position of TPP UK - CEO. He is a highly accomplished Business Executive with over two decades of experience in delivering successful data platforms, technical solutions, and organizational change.

As a hands-on leader, Robert has built successful organizations from start-up to IPO and is equally at home in MNCs or the entrepreneurial environment of start-up initiatives. With a proven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships across all levels, Robert is an advocate of data-driven decision-making and encourages innovation in the workplace.

With strong experience in data integration, data platforms, search technologies, HPC, data sciences, analytics, AI, and innovative product development, Robert is also an avid problem solver who thrives on identifying pain points and their solutions. With a coaching and mentoring mindset, Robert has a proven ability to coach and mentor teams toward achieving their goals.

Additionally, Robert has held several non-executive board positions and advised companies on growth, technology & strategy.

Steve Tran

Chief Security Officer

Steve is the Chief Security Officer at TP&P Technology and Co-Founder of Trident Group, an innovative organization that provides information security services to small and mid-size businesses. Steve has more than 16 years of experience in information security.

He also advises and consults on some of the world's most challenging and high-risk information security projects, including the Department of Defense (Navy, Army, and Air Force) and OCB (Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank), as well as Herme’ Paris, LPL Financial Services, EA (Electronic Arts) Games, and many more.

Steve bids strategic information security consulting advice to help Customers fight with high-priority cyber challenges and solving the most complex problems. He works with customers to recognize, highlight, and manage cybersecurity with prioritize business objectives. His background includes Cyber Security research, network, and web application penetration testing, intrusion analysis, incident response, and security architecture design.

Education & Qualifications:

Steve currently holds Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Information Systems Security Professional certifications.

Steve received his Master's degree in Cyber Security and Information Assurance with a concentration on Penetration Testing from National University in February 2014. He also holds an MBA and a Masters of Science in Information Systems.

Huy Trinh

Head of Engineering 1

Huy Trinh has been playing a vital role at TP&P Technology to help the company to deliver some of the most important and difficult projects successfully and under budget. With his outstanding interpersonal skill, wide range of domain knowledge as well as profound understanding about development methodology such as Agile, Waterfall, etc. he has contributed a lot to TP&P Technology in terms of project processes and deliveries.

Until now, Huy has worked in the IT industry, especially outsourcing field for around 10 years including 1.5 years as a Scrum Master and 3 years as a Project Manager, which enriches his ability to understand thoroughly the development team and the IT project itself.

Despite being constantly under high-pressure in outsourcing companies, he's still able to show his forte, knowledge and professional attitude which is extremely valuable for TP&P Technology.

Tam Phan

Head of Engineering 2 (Japan)

Tam is the Head of Engineering (Japan Market) at TP&P. He is an engineering leader - with a proven track record in meeting customer project needs throughout 16+ years of work experience. His concentrations include sourcing software development resources and solutions for the Japanese market and software design, consulting, and operating other software-related activities.

At TP&P, Tam has come a long way and developed a strong experience building and growing engineering teams from the ground up, managing and leading the teams to successfully deliver various large-scale software projects - especially for TP&P's Japanese market - in varying domains (Education, eCommerce, Automobile), ensuring high-performing teams and meeting quality standards. Prior to joining TP&P, Tam held key managerial positions at various leading Japanese Companies like Fujinet, Kobelco Vietnam, Distance Corporation, etc.

Besides, Tam possesses a good mix of technical and management skills and actively works with executive teams on technology, business strategy, engineering, and hiring, as well as other aspects of leadership. Tam is fluent in Japanese and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology - from Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology, Vietnam.

Vu Vo

Head of Technical Operation

Vu is the Head of Technical Operation at TP&P Technology responsible for the management and overseeing the engineering team. He takes part in and plays an important role in the hiring, mentoring, and development of the engineering team, to grow a multidisciplinary and high-performance engineering team.

In addition, as a project manager, Vu frequently collaborates with product & technology teams to deliver major initiatives that drive our customer growth. With a strong technical background, he helps guide engineering technical strategy and strives to commit to high-quality coding and delivery.

He is also heavily involved in the process of designing and architect technical solutions - to implement the processes and logic created in order to solve the business requirements of TP&P Technology's customers.

Before joining TP&P Technology, Vu took on other managerial as well as technical leader/architect roles, participating from the beginning to end, of several large scale, international, enterprise projects.

Dung Phan

Head of Big Data

Dung has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, providing Big Data & Analytics services to help solve clients’ business problems - ranging from Data Management & Governance to Data Architecture, AI/Machine Learning to developing BI Data Analytics System.

Before joining TP&P Technology, Dung took on several key management roles at various Multinational Corporations in Vietnam, a selected few include Data Technology Manager at Home Credit, and Data Architect/Manager at Sendo - one of the biggest E-Commerce Retailers in Vietnam.

Combined with extensive knowledge of AI and Machine Learning techniques, Dung specializes in Data Analytics-focused solutions, to help businesses drive measurable business transformation by leveraging impactful data insights. At TP&P Technology, Dung leads a team of data professionals, including data engineers, data architects, data scientists, and data analysts to take on development projects, which require big data solutions.

Khanh Dinh

Head of Data Science

Khanh has over 10 years of experience, with a focus on building & leveraging Cloud Business Intelligence platform that delivers measurable results by accessing, integrating & analyzing insights from multiple data sources, to unlock business growth.

Khanh’s experience spans across many functional areas within an organization, and he has demonstrated the application of Data Analytics in various domains, especially e-commerce and finance industry, as well as operational process improvement.

At TP&P Technology, Khanh leads a team and co-overseeing the design and development of ML/AI applications, Data Architecture & Engineering, Credit Risk Models and other analytical products and services. Khanh plays a critical role in advising our clients on their analytics projects, helping them implement Descriptive, Predictive and Prescriptive analytics on all data products.

Hung Do

Head of Marketing

Hung has more than 9 years of experience in Sales and Marketing for both B2B and B2C segments, including marketing strategy, brand, and business development practice.

At TP&P Technology, Hung oversees Brand Communications, Marketing, and External activities, as well as leading the development and execution of the company’s multi-channel marketing and PR campaigns. Hung works closely with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned to TP&P Technology's overall business objectives.

Before joining TP&P Technology, Hung took on various roles in Sales and Marketing, which earned him strong marketing professional skills in Brand, Retail Marketing, Digital & Social Media, CRM, PR, and Market Research. Hung has a high level of commercial acumen with strong analytical skills. Most of all, he's a believer in being a team player and a hard worker.
