Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management and vision to help grow company.
• Design, apply and manage working procedures for divisions in the company.
• Promote strategic programs and plans to help the company get the best long-term and short-term plans.
• Create a competitive advantage for the Company and help the Company bring in revenue and profit.
• Assist the CEO in running the business, giving action strategies, communicating policies to employees and helping the HR department to build the core team.
• Supervise daily activities of the company and directly manage Head of Department (Marketing, Order Management, Human Resources, Finance...)
• Participate in the discussion and planning of the company business strategies.
• Manage relationships with partners/vendors.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in large companies and corporations in technology and digital transformation.
• Have knowledge of information technology, digital transformation, Big Data/AI….
• Knowledge of infrastructure such as cloud, network, security...
• Knowledge of design, architecture as well as development of large IT systems…
• Strategic planning ability.
• Good skills in leadership, management, time management, employee motivation, problem solving and capacity building
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Mentoring and consulting skills
• Good at English skill is a must.
