HR cum ADMIN

We are looking for talented HR cum ADMIN to join our team.

Responsibilities

Human Resources: 

  • Administering and explaining benefits to employees, serving as liaison between insurance carriers and employees; 
  • Works with HR team in Reviewing employee complaints and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of concerns or issues, Employee Engagement Activities (Sports events, Teambuilding, Company Trip, Year End party, quarterly meeting, happy hour, etc.); 
  • Monitoring of Health Insurance, Visa and Immigration applications, requirements and renewal;  
  • Records Keeping and Management of HR and Admin.

Office Administration: 

  • Take messages, direct calls, and answer telephone calls; 
  • Managing, allocating/providing and recovering/withdraw assets, equipment, tools, and office facilities of the Company to Employees; 
  • Operate and maintain machines in the office, like personal computers, voice mail systems, facsimile machines, scanners, and photocopiers; 
  • Monitoring and managing maintenance and repair services for office facilities and buildings; service fee payment; 
  • Procurement of services, equipment and tools to serve the Company's needs on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis; 
  • Order services (air ticket, hotel, restaurant, taxi, travel, insurance, etc.), supplies (stationery, gift, food/non-food, water/ other drinking and other materials). 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or Business Management.
  • At least 2 years related work experience; 
  • Knowledgeable in English (4 skills); 
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills; 
  • Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel and Word; 
  • Strong level of influence and negotiation skills; 
  • Good professional appearance; 
  • Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations; 
  • Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work; 
  • Ability to research, evaluate and analyze new recruitment techniques, methods, and procedures; 
  • Able to work under high pressure and intensity.
