Responsibilities
- Proactively approach and be responsible for business developing the assigned market of software products/ IT Outsource services (APAC/ EU/ US/UK)
- Training, and manage a sales team, scales of 5-10 members
- Collaborate with technical presale and software engineering department to make the proposal and close the deal with customers
- Develop the market: Execute sales strategies; identify potential customers, and derive an action list
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports to the BOD the management team
- Be responsible for understanding the customers’ business needs
- Build and maintain effective relationships with established customers and develop strategies to maximize services depth and revenue opportunities
Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience working as Sales Manager/Account Manager position in technology field, prefer candidates with IT Outsource experience.
- Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close.
- Good background knowledge with software development and business domains is a plus.
- Excellently setting sales goals, planning & executing the sales plan to meet the targets.
- Have a strong interpersonal skills and socialization skills.
- Having sales achievement with a volume of 2-3 million dollars is a plus point.
