As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for:
- Proatively approach and seek for clients (banks, financial companies…) who are looking for outsourcing solution.
- Collaborate with technical presale and software engineering department to make the proposal and close the deal with customers.
- Assist the BOD to create and execute a strategic business plan that expands customer base and extends global markets.
- Manage organizational sales by developing a sales plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports to the BOD the management team.
- Develop the market: Execute sales strategies
- Be responsible for understanding the customers’ business needs.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with established customers and develop strategies to maximize services depth and revenue opportunities;
- Graduated in the Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Have at least 2 years of experience working as Sales Manager/Account Manager position in technology field
- Strong experience with Vietnam markets especially the Banking or Finance field is preferred.
- Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close.
- Good background knowledge with software development and business domains is a plus.
- Excellently setting sales goals, planning & executing the sales plan to meet the targets.
- Have a strong interpersonal skills and socialization skills.
