Senior C&B Executive

We are looking for talented Senior C&B Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Labor contracts management, update the employee profiles, handle payroll, bonuses, insurance, policies, benefits
  • Follow up the process assess OKRs, KPIs and the reward and welfare system of the company
  • Follow up process assess OKRs, KPIs and the reward and welfare system of the company [Give an overall context where the job fits in]
  • Assure timely and accurate C&B (Compensation & Benefit) administration, including timesheet, allowances, sponsors, payroll, bonus processing, social insurance handling, personal income tax (PIT) handling
  • Control & make sure the precise of payroll monthly
  • Advice employees on personnel issue, including C&B and policy explanation, proof letter preparation.
  • Follow & update monthly Insurance report: increase, decrease headcount, salary and position changing.
  • Support on the insurances policy and procedure establishment and improvement
  • Complete monthly PIT declaration for employees
  • Advice employees on personnel issue, including Tax, PIT….
  • Complete the employee’s profile for grand personal tax code, deduction for family circumstance, PIT registration
  • Prepare internal report (costing report, Headcount report, OT alert, productivity…), and external report (if need)
  • Follow up and manage contract sign procedure with employees include all period (probation, labor contract, termination contract...)
  • Update data on RMS (Resources Management System) and HRM (Human Resources Management).
  • Follow up and manage KPI, OKR, PA based on the Annual Performance Appraisal Policy
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, yearly HR reports
  • Advice to improve the HR policy, salary and procedures
  • Survey, research and report about yearly salary frame, salary review, labor market report





Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or Business Management. 
  • 3+ years related work experience
  • Good at English Skills (4 skills)
  • Knowledgeable in labor law, social insurance law, occupational safety and health law, PIT and other regulations related with C&B and/or HR management field
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong level of influence and negotiation skills
  • Good professional appearance
  • Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations
  • Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work
  • Ability to research, evaluate and analyze human resource management techniques, methods and procedures
  • Able to work under high pressure and intensity
