Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the senior digital planner on the strategic planning and execution of digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Develop/Review campaign reports; Track campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for action as needed.
- Manage workload to ensure deliverables are delivered on time.
- Prepare a wide range of digital content to support business development & pre-sales activities, including business proposals, whitepapers, industry reports, social media, and web copy.
- Undertake industry and marketing research and highlight industry news where relevant.
- Ad-hoc: Support events marketing for employer branding & internal engagements.
Essential:
- 2-4 years of digital marketing experience, preferable in B2B and/or IT Services industry;
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a strong command of English;
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google;
- Understanding of SEO, Content Management System (CMS) and web traffic metrics, as well as campaign KPIs;
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Campaign Manager platforms;
- Any experience with Email Service Providers (ESPs) and CRM platforms such as Hubspot and Mailchimp will be an added advantage;
