Senior Fullstack Developer

We are looking for talented Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team to develop software for internal project and clients’ products. You will work in a team with world-wide members.

Responsibilities

  • Play important duties in the training of a few freshmen and juniors.
  • Research and develop new technologies as request.
  • Knowledge sharing in some areas with other co-workers after preparation and research.
  • Participating in various projects to perform analysis, design, coding, and code review.
  • Have several opportunities to become a leader.
  • Take charge of a small group of people and be accountable for reporting to the management team.
  • Coach and train other freshers, juniors' members in the team.

Requirements

  • Be an IT professional or hold a bachelor's degree in computer science.
  • At least 3+ years of experiences in software development.
  • Strong foundation in computer science, including algorithm, OOP, Design Patterns, and clean code.
  • Must have experience in at least one frontend (prefer React, or Angular, or Flutter or React Native) and one backend programming language (prefer Java or NodeJS).
  • Effective communication and presenting abilities are a must.
  • Must be able to train or coach juniors and freshers.
  • Enjoys learning about new technology and has strong R&D abilities.
  • Fast learner with a positive approach and a can-do spirit.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Good at time management is a plus.
  • Good English/Japanese command both verbal and writing is a big plus.
